Reunion At Refuge: 25th Anniversary

Please save the date for our culminating 25th Anniversary Reunion Weekend from December 2nd through December 4th. We are welcoming back friends and family of City of Refuge UCC for a Homecoming like no other. Events will include a reunion choir concert, dinner, F​ounders​'​ ​C​elebration​,​ and much more. MAJOR!: A New Documentary Film

This Saturday, September 24th @ 7pm, we continue to honor the life and influence of Miss Major Griffin-Gracy, trans woman activist and community leader for transgender rights and trans women of color, and the founder and Executive Director of the Transgender GenderVariant Intersex Justice Project (TGIJP).

Our church is hosting a film screening of MAJOR! beginning at 7pm, followed by a forum of trans women and men of color of the Oakland faith and justice community.
